I have been in Residential Real Estate Sales and Financing since 1987. I started out with New West Real Estate in Cerritos and moved to Re/Max of Cerritos in 1991. In 1992 I earned my Broker license and helped start up Platinum Real Estate while working as a Loan Consultant for Commercial Mortgage in Los Alamitos, Ca. In 1994 I began practice in my own brokerage which was known as Double Eagle Real Estate. I joined ERA Buy America Real Estate Services in 2009. In January 2014 we left the ERA system and moved our office to Cerritos as Mark 1 Real Estate and Mortgage. We are now located in Orange, Ca.
I have been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions and mortgage loans in the 30+ years of my full time career. Today, as well as my normal brokerage duties, I serve as a Wealth Academy Advisor for Mark 1 Real Estate. I have sponsored and have been the Featured Speaker at many Home Buyer Seminars and Wealth Academy Presentations at the Cerritos Sheraton Hotel over the years.
I am also a Brian Buffini System “Peak Producer” having undertaken the extensive training required to gain that certification in 2014.
I have been a member of the National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors for my entire career. I am a current member of the Pacific West Association of Realtors. Throughout my career I have never been disciplined by any entity or board.
Prior to my real estate career I spent 10 years working as a Systems Designer in the Petro-Chemical industry. I worked for Fluor Corporation, Bechtel, and Union Carbide. While at Fluor I worked on the Sasolburg Coal Gasification plant. While at Bechtel I did design work on the second reactor at San Onofre, Ca. While at union Carbide I was the Facilities Designer for the Prestone Anti-freeze plant in Torrance, Ca. I am a veteran having served in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam War era.
